Canadian Dort declares for 2019 NBA Draft

Canadian guard Luguentz Dort has declared for the 2019 NBA, leaving the Arizona State Sun Devils after one season. Dort was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Year after a 2018-19 season where he posted 16.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.

Canadian guard Luguentz Dort has declared for the 2019 NBA, leaving the Arizona State Sun Devils after one season.

"I have decided to enter the 2019 NBA Draft and sign with an agent," Dort posted on Twitter. "I'm truly excited to see this process through."

Dort was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Year after a 2018-19 season where he posted 16.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.

He was also named to the All-Pac-12 second team.
