How do I obtain a copy of a program or event that I saw on TSN?

Because of broadcast rights restrictions, TSN and its networks and affiliates cannot make or sell VHS or DVD copies of programs which air on the network. The same broadcast rights restrictions prevent TSN and its networks and affiliates from e-mailing or distributing video clips to individuals over the internet.

TSN Extra is available free to all TSN subscribers on Bell ExpressVu (the following receiver models are supported: 3100, 4100, 5100, 5800, 5900 and 6100). You can access TSN Extra at any time while watching TSN (ch. 400). Shortly after tuning, you will see an interactive prompt for TSN Extra. Just press SELECT on your remote to launch the service. Then use the arrow buttons on your remote control to browse the latest scores, league standings, player statistics, news and insight from TSN's leading columnists. Information is available for a wide selection of professional sports: Baseball, Hockey, Basketball and Football (Canadian and American), as well as Golf, Tennis, Auto Racing, Curling and Soccer.

Membership to TSN.ca is FREE. You don't have to pay to use any of our content. You need to be a registered user to take part in the interactive Your Call feature, to receive the TSN Morning Email, SMS/Text Alerts, various promotional emails, as well as entry into the various contests on the website.

- Click on Register in the top left corner of any TSN.ca page
- Complete all forms and and click Submit
Your are now registered and logged in. An e-mail will be sent to confirm your e-mail address. If left unconfirmed your account will automatically be deleted after 30 days.

Recently, I can't log in. What do I do?

Recently, users who have updated their Internet Explorer browser to version 8 have experienced strange issues logging in. This issue does not affect users of earlier versions of Internet Explorer or users of other browsers, such as Firefox, Safari, Opera or Chrome. The reason for this problem is the way IE 8 handles older cookies. The solution is to delete your cookies. To do this in IE 8, follow these steps:
- In your Internet Explorer, click on Tools in window menu bar.
- Click on Delete Browsing History...
- Make sure there is a check in the box next to Cookies. All other boxes should be left unchecked.
- Click on the button that says Delete.
Your cookies should be clear now and you should be able to log in. Click here to go to the login page.

I did not receive my confirmation e-mail. How do I confirm my e-mail address?

Please check your junk mail/spam folders to see if the e-mail was erroneously filtered. You can add tsnmail@ems.tsn.ca to your while list to ensure TSN.ca e-mails are not filtered to your junk/spam folders. To have your confirmation e-mail re-sent:
- Login to your TSN.ca account
- Click Email
- You will see your Profile
- Beside your e-mail address click Confirm My Email button
- Check your e-mail and be sure to click the link provided to complete your confirmation
Please note that accounts with unconfirmed e-mail addresses are automatically deleted after 30 days.

- Login to your TSN.ca account

- Click Submit

- Click Mobile
- Enter your cell phone number, select the carrier and check TSN Breaking News Alerts and select your areas of interest
- Click Submit
- A message asking for confirmation will be sent to your phone, reply to the message with a the word CONFIRM
You can also send the word ADD to TSN411 (876411). You will receive a PIN number on your mobile device. To complete your subscription:
- Login to your TSN.ca account
- Click on Mobile
- Enter your mobile phone, select your provider, enter the PIN number and click TSN Breaking News Alerts
- Select categories you would like to receive alerts for
- Click Submit to save your profile

How much do TSN Text/SMS Alerts cost?

TSN News Alerts cost no more to receive than messages you receive from your friends. The amount charged for each message will depend on your mobile service contract, but there is no premium charge; standard carrier text message rates apply. Please contact your carrier if you are unsure about how much you are charged for text messages in your plan.

No, TSN Text/SMS Alerts are available for Canadian cell phone carriers only. For a list of available providers please login to your TSN.ca account and go to the Mobile section. If your provider is not listed, you will not be able to receive TSN Text/SMS Alerts.

- Go to a story you would like to comment on and scroll to the bottom where you will find Your Call
- Click on Have Your Say
- Type in your message

I have submitted a comment but its not showing up. Why?

Every comment submitted via the Your Call feature must be edited for content. While there are clear guidelines as to what is and is not acceptable when it comes to these comments, each editor is also free to accept or reject any comment at his/her discretion.
We receive a large number of comments through the Your Call feature, and while we encourage comments which spark debate, we often get comments that do not add to the spirit of the discussion, go off on unrelated tangents, or simply echo the feelings of another person, which could be another reason why your comment was not accepted.
We do not post Your Call comments which are slanderous, contain swearing, or inappropriate comments.
The editors and producers at TSN.ca retain the right to close comments when they feel the thread is becoming overwhelming. Unfortunately in the past threads have been commented on so heavily that they have slowed the access to our entire site.
