Coyotes trade F Boedker to Avalanche
The Arizona Coyotes have traded forward Mikkel Boedker to the Colorado Avalanche. The 26-year-old winger has scored 13 goals and tallied 26 assists in 62 games with the Coyotes this season. He also owns a minus-28 rating.

The Arizona Coyotes have traded forward Mikkel Boedker to the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for forwards Alex Tanguay and Conner Bleackley and defenceman Kyle Wood.
The 26-year-old Boedker has scored 13 goals and tallied 26 assists in 62 games with the Coyotes this season. He also owns a minus-28 rating.
Boedker is currently playing on a one-year, $3.75 million contract and is set to become an unrestricted free agent this summer.
He has scored 80 goals and 213 points across 445 career games with the Coyotes since being selected eighth overall in the 2008 NHL Draft.
The 36-year-old Tanguay is in his 16th NHL season and has spent nine of those campaigns in two stints with the Avs. He has also played for the Calgary Flames, Tampa Bay Lightning and Montreal Canadiens.
Tanguay has four goals and 18 assists in 52 games this season and has accumulated 279 goals and 571 assists for 850 points in 1,070 regular-season contests.
Bleackley, 20, was selected by the Avs 23rd overall in the 2014 draft and has 13 goals and 41 points in 47 games with the WHL's Red Deer Rebels this season.
Wood, 19, was selected 84th overall by Avs - also in 2014 - and has eight goals and 35 points in 45 games with the OHL's North Bay Battalion this season.
