Isles to sign Seidenberg to one-year deal
Free agent defenceman Denis Seidenberg is expected to head to the Big Apple after the World Cup of Hockey. TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger reports the New York Islanders will sign the Team Europe defender on a one-year, $1 million deal.

Free agent defenceman Denis Seidenberg is expected to head to the Big Apple after the World Cup of Hockey.
TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger reports the New York Islanders will sign the veteran defenceman on a one-year, $1 million deal.
Seidenberg, 35, is currently playing for Team Europe at the World Cup of Hockey. The former Boston Bruin has not recorded a point in three games but is plus-1.
He scored one goal and added 11 assists in 61 games last season with the Bruins, who he has spent the past seven seasons with.
A veteran of 758 NHL games, Seidenberg owns 39 goals and 224 points across his 13-year career.
