Lightning D Hedman to have surgery on finger, out 4-6 weeks
Tampa Bay Lightning defenceman Victor Hedman will have surgery on his fractured finger Tuesday and is expected to miss the next four to six weeks. Hedman suffered the injury when he blocked a shot in a game against the Vancouver Canucks Saturday night.

Hedman suffered the injury when he blocked a shot in a game against the Vancouver Canucks Saturday night.
The 23-year-old is off to a hot start recording three goals and four assists in just five games.
This is the sixth NHL season for the Swede.
