Scouting Report

Assets He's got good wheels and he's a steady and versatile defender. He tends to hit better with runners aboard.
Flaws Collier is a generally light hitter who fares even worse against righties and should take advantage of his speed more by hitting the ball on the ground. He could also take better advantage of his speed by learning to get a better read on pitchers from first.
Career potential A borderline utility player in the majors.
