The Breakdown on Sid The Kid

Since the Great One and Super Mario began re-writing NHL records more than 20 years ago, hockey pundits and fans have been looking out for The Next One.

And by all accounts, Sid The Kid is living up to the hype.

In 2006-07, Crosby finished his second NHL campaign with 120 points to become the youngest scoring champion in NHL history (19 years, 244 days). He also became the youngest player in NHL history with two 100-point seasons, and the youngest Hart winner since Wayne Gretzky in 1980. The native of Cole Harbour, N.S. has grabbed headlines everywhere from Rimouski to Grand Forks to Pittsburgh, and he's just getting started.
