SUNRISE, Fla. - Craig Anderson made 24 saves for his first shutout of the season and Gregory Campbell had two goals and an assist in the Florida Panthers' 4-0 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Wednesday night.

Bryan McCabe and Nathan Horton also scored, and Jay Bouwmeester had two assists. The Panthers have won two straight following a six-game losing streak.

Mike Smith made 27 saves for Tampa Bay. With the loss, the Lightning closed out a five-game trip with a 1-3-1 record.

Anderson, making his second consecutive start in place of regular starter Tomas Vokoun, had his fifth career shutout.

Anderson got a break when Radim Vrbata's wrist shot from a sharp angle in the second period bounced off the post. Anderson faced only four shots in the first period, but two of them were one-timers from close range.

Florida came in with the worst power play in the NHL, but scored twice in four chances in the second period.

Horton extended Florida's lead 1:28 into the period after he stopped Mike Lundin's clearing attempt along the boards. Horton skated toward the centre of the ice and beat Smith with a wrist shot to the blocker side.

Campbell scored at 10:25 when he tipped Bouwmeester's wrist shot from the point.

Campbell added his second goal of the game and of the season at 16:28 of the third when he put home his own rebound.

McCabe, who missed 10 games earlier this season because of a back injury, opened the scoring at 16:32 of the first period with his first goal in a Florida uniform. After Stephen Weiss's centring pass was deflected toward the blue-line, McCabe one-timed a slap shot over Smith's left shoulder.
