Hockey Hall of Fame induction ceremony to air on TSN

Toronto, ON (November 6, 2009) – TSN pays tribute to four of hockey's most decorated players and one of the game's most respected executives with complete coverage of the 2009 HOCKEY HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY, live on Monday, Nov. 9 at 7pm et.  The star-studded event will also be available live on NHL Network in the U.S.

Hosted by TSN's James Duthie and broadcasting legend Dick Irvin, the INDUCTION CEREMONY honours Brett Hull, Brian Leetch, Luc Robitaille and Steve Yzerman as the newest inductees into the Hockey Hall of Fame's Player Category, plus Lou Lamoriello, who is inducted into the Builder Category.  In addition, John Davidson will receive the Foster Hewitt Memorial Award for his outstanding contributions as a hockey broadcaster and Dave Molinari will receive the Elmer Ferguson Memorial Award for hockey journalism.

Leading into the INDUCTION CEREMONY, SPORTSCENTRE reports live from the red carpet at 6:30pm et, with THAT'S HOCKEY host Gino Reda and Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie interviewing guests as they arrive at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.

TSN.ca also celebrates the inductees with a special commemorative page featuring bios of all the players, as well as interviews and highlights from the INDUCTION CEREMONY on the TSN Video Player.
