Any hopes of a Kory Sheets reunion in Saskatchewan seem more unlikely after Monday.

Sheets, who was non-tendered by the Oakland Raiders and is now a free agent, took issue with comments made by Saskatchewan Roughriders head coach Corey Chamblin to Roughriders' broadcaster Rod Pedersen on Monday.

According to Petersen, Chamblin said his former running back had character issues upon his departure from the team. That was news to Sheets.

"Didn't know I had character issues," Sheets tweeted on Monday, apparently in regards to Chamblin's comments.

"yea ok," the 29-year-old tweeted as a follow up in response to Pedersen's tweet outlining Chamblin's comments.
