Bruins G Rask goes on injured reserve
Boston Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask has been placed on the injured reserve list retroactive to Jan. 19, the team announced. He will not play Tuesday against the Winnipeg Jets.

Boston Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask has been placed on the injured reserve list retroactive to Jan. 19, the team announced. He will not play Tuesday against the Winnipeg Jets.
Rask is considered day-to-day.
“Don’t think it’s long-term. Hopefully he gets on the ice tomorrow...think he’s doing well. Looks good,' head coach Bruce Cassidy said.
NHL.com reports that Rask is dealing with a concussion he sustained in a collision with Filip Chytil during a 3-2 loss to the New York Rangers on Jan. 19.
Rask is 14-8-3 with a 2.43 goals-against average and .919 save percentage in 26 games this season.
Goaltender Zane McIntyre has been recalled from the AHL's Providence Bruins on an emergency basis.
In eight career NHL games, McIntye has a GAA of 3.97 and a save percentage of .858.
Following their matchup with the Jets, Boston will be back in action at home Thursday against the Philadelphia Flyers.
