Final four IEM teams to be decided at LAN event
ESL has partnered with iBUYPOWER for a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive LAN tournament to determine the last four attendees to the Intel Extreme Masters Oakland.

,ESL has partnered with iBUYPOWER for a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive LAN tournament to determine the last four attendees to the Intel Extreme Masters Oakland.
The iBUYPOWER Masters tournament will feature eight teams vying for a piece of the $100,000 prize pool and the last four spots at IEM Oakland. The event will be held from Nov. 12-13 on costa Mesa, California.
“Teaming up with iBUYPOWER Masters allows us to accomplish a long term goal of ours: a LAN qualifier for IEM with prize money for teams and players,” VP of Gaming at ESL Michal Blicharz said. “This partnership is an important step towards evolving the IEM model and structure that we want to have in the future.”
The teams competing at the qualifiers have yet to be announced, but the top four will join SK Gaming, Team Liquid, Virtus.pro, Astralia, Ninjas in Pyjamas, G2 Esports, Natus Vincere and mousesports at IEM Oakland on Nov. 19-20.
