OTTAWA — Avery Hayes scored twice and added an assist to help the Hamilton Bulldogs to an 8-3 victory over the Ottawa 67s in Ontario Hockey League play on Saturday afternoon.

Cole Brown, Lawson Sherk, Gavin White, Logan Morrison, Lucas Moore and George Diaco also tallied for the visiting Bulldogs (15-7-2-2).

Vinzenz Rohrer, Brad Gardiner and Luca Pinelli replied for Ottawa (12-14-1-1).

Elsewhere around the OHL, Guelph blanked London 4-0; Kingston defeated Niagara 5-2; Owen Sound edged Flint 4-3; Saginaw overcame Erie 5-3; Windsor topped Kitchener 2-1; and Barrie triumphed over North Bay 3-2 in a shootout.
