Left knee inflammation for Devon Travis, #BlueJays say. He’ll be reevaluated Tuesday. Obviously not a good start to spring for a guy with a history of knee issues. That’s the one that ended his 2016 season.

Travis, 28, has not appeared in game action since last Monday and will be reevaluated on Tuesday.
This is the latest in a lengthy series of knee injuries for the native of West Palm Beach, FL.
Travis has appeared in only 316 games over his four seasons in the big leagues, having missed more games than he's played.
Veteran Eric Sogard and Richard Urena could see increased playing time in Travis's absence.
The Jays host the Tampa Bay Rays in Dunedin on Saturday afternoon.
