Habs' Guhle out for season; Anderson to be evaluated

Montreal Canadiens defenceman Kaiden Guhle will miss the remainder of the season with a high ankle sprain, the team announced after Tuesday's 3-2 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning.
He did not play Tuesday and also sat out Saturday with his most recent game coming last week against the Florida Panthers. According to TSN's Kenzie Lalonde, Guhle will not require surgery.
The No. 16 overall pick in the 2020 NHL Draft, Guhle ends his rookie season with four goals and 14 assists in 44 games.
Meanwhile, forward Josh Anderson left Tuesday's game against the Bolts with a lower-body injury suffered late in the third period while trying to score an empty net goal. Anderson got tangled up with Tampa defenceman Mikhail Sergachev, sliding feet first into the net. He did not return to what little remained of the game.
The Habs say Anderson will have more tests on Wednesday and will not travel with the team to Boston for Thursday's game against the Bruins.
“He’s getting evaluated now. It didn’t look good that’s for sure. I don’t know, tough play," head coach Martin St. Louis said.
Anderson has 21 goals and 11 assists in 69 games for the Habs this season, his third in Montreal.
