The Pittsburgh Penguins have acquired Chris Wideman from the Florida Panthers in exchange for forward Jean-Sebastien Dea.
This will be Wideman's fourth team this season, beginning the year with the Ottawa Senators and then being moved to the Edmonton Oilers in a trade. After just five games, Wideman was traded again, this time to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
In a combined 25 games this season, Wideman has two goals and five assists.
Meanwhile, Dea, 25, has four goals and two assists in 23 games so far this season.
