Pens' Murray 'week-to-week,' placed on IR
Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Matt Murray is expected to miss two-to-four weeks due to a lower-body injury, according to TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie. McKenzie notes his timeline is not exact, but at very least, the goaltender is closer to week-to-week than day-to-day.

Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Matt Murray has been placed on injured reserve and ruled week-to-week with a lower-body injury.
TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie reports the goaltender is expected to miss two-to-four weeks with the apparent right leg injury.
Murray was injured on Monday night when Philadelphia Flyers forward Jakub Voracek collided with the goaltender on a breakaway. Murray was helped off the ice by teammates and did not return.
The Penguins recalled goaltender Casey DeSmith earlier on Tuesday as Murray missed practice.
Murray has started 20 of 26 games for the Penguins this season, posting an 11-7-1 record with a .906 save percentage and a 2.95 goals-against average.
Tristan Jarry replaced Murray on Monday and stopped eight of 10 shots in the overtime win. Jarry, 22, owns a 2-0-2 record this season with a 2.83 goals-against average and a .907 save percentage.
McKenzie expects the Penguins to be in the market for a low-cost experienced backup on the trade market.
