With Space Jam: A New Legacy less than two months from its premiere date, Atlanta rapper Lil Baby and gospel singer Kirk Franklin have shared “We Win,” a new collaboration from the film’s soundtrack.

The track substitutes Lil Baby’s usual trap production for the backing of a gospel choir, with Franklin providing the track’s hook and the two offering uplift and motivation as the title suggests.

This is the first single from the upcoming Space Jam soundtrack. The soundtrack from the original film in 1996 was certified 6x Platinum, led by the eponymous "Space Jam" from the Quad City DJ's.

Lil Baby received three nominations for the 63rd Grammy Awards in March. He performed “The Bigger Picture” at the event; the single was nominated for Best Rap Performance as well as Best Rap Song following inclusion on his 2020 album My Turn.

LeBron James stars in Space Jam: A New Legacy, which is directed by Malcolm D. Lee and releases on July 16, 2021. Characters from the Looney Tunes series as well as other Warner Bros. properties will feature in the film.
