Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. left Wednesday's win over the Baltimore Orioles with a left rib injury.

Guerrero appeared to suffer the injury in the ninth inning after sliding into second base, trying to advance after an Orioles' throwing error.

Guerrero left the game under his own power.
