New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson is not expected to return to play this season, but despite him not making much of an impact on the court, he is certainly impacting the shoe game as images of his new signature shoe have reportedly surfaced.

Sneaker leaks Instagram account @apolloluo1976 shared a post yesterday of the Jordan Zion 2, Williamson’s reported second signature basketball shoe with the Air Jordan brand.

The shoe is built with a crisp white colourway with a multicoloured, psychedelic-pattern design around the tongue, ankle and heel areas. It features 90s-esque forefoot straps and Williamson’s signature logo and initials are featured on the tongue as well as the toe of the outsole.

No set release date has currently been announced for the Jordan Zion 2 but it is slated to release later this year, potentially in the summer. This news comes just in time after videos of Williamson practicing one-on-one and dunking in the gym while wearing his new sneaker have surfaced.
