Toronto Blue Jays slugger Teoscar Hernandez has been reinstated from the 10-day injured list after missing most of the season with a left oblique strain.
The 29-year-old outfielder hasn't played since April 13 with the injury and will be active as the 27th man for Saturday's doubleheader against the Cleveland Guardians.
Hernandez is hitting .316 with one home run and three RBIs over just six games this season.
In other news, infielder Gosuke Katoh was claimed off waivers after being designated for assignment by the Jays
The Blue Jays, who have lost three of their last four games, sit third in the AL East with a 16-11 record.
