The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reached an agreement on a three-year, $41.25 million contract with LT Donovan Smith, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Smith was set to become a free agent and the team was expected to use the franchise tag on the tackle if a longer term deal couldn't get done.

In four seasons in the NFL, Smith has started in every game for the club and has been named to the Pro Bowl in each year.
