Report: Ravens re-sign veteran safety Webb
The Baltimore Ravens re-signed defensive back Lardarius Webb a month after releasing the veteran, according to a report from ESPN. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the Ravens re-signed Webb to a three-year deal at a reduced rate.

The Baltimore Ravens re-signed defensive back Lardarius Webb a month after releasing the veteran, according to a report from ESPN.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the Ravens re-signed Webb to a three-year deal at a reduced rate. Webb is expected to back up safeties Eric Weddle and Tony Jefferson next season. Webb was originally released to free up cap space for the Ravens to sign Jefferson.
Webb played cornerback to start his career with the Ravens before moving to safety last season. In 16 games last season, Webb had 73 tackles and an interception. The 31-year-old has 428 tackles and 13 interceptions for his career.
